Thanksgiving

I feel super guilty for not posting my Thanksgiving recipes before Thanksgiving, so just think of this as a head start for next year. Things I’ve learned:

  1. Putting herbs, fresh or dry under the skin of the bird makes a huge difference (details to follow)
  2. Adding Earth Balance or olive oil under the skin with the herbs makes for a crazy juicy bird
  3. Four pies for 12 guests is a tad excessive
  4. Go Eagles!
