EASY ALMOND COOKIES * YOUR NEW PASSOVER FAVORITE
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 egg white
- 2 c sliced almonds
- 2 T sugar (raw or white)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 t vanilla extract (optional)
WHAT YOU DO:
- Whip up the egg white for 20 seconds (by hand or with a blender)
- Mix ingredients together
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Spread the mixture over the pan
- Bake at 250 degrees for 12-15 min (until lightly golden brown)
- Once it cools, break it into small, asymmetrical pieces
* You can make individual cookies, it will just take longer & not look as cool
