Yes more about Granita. It’s so easy and for some reason everyone flips out when the they see it for the first time and every time after that. The bottom line is that you can make it with anything. I usually have a dark red on hand and you can boil that (or not) freeze and scrape it. Or you boil it with some pomegranate juice, cranberry juice or apple cider, you name it. Adding juice lightens the flavor and booziness, and sounds like you put some effort into it.
