Here’s an easy, satisfying, healthy Red, White & Blue Treat:
- Puree frozen or fresh blackberries & blueberries
- Add blackberry ice cream or blueberry (frozen) yogurt
- Pour that in the bottom third of a fun glass
- Puree frozen or fresh raspberries & strawberries
- Add strawberry ice cream or greek (frozen) yogurt
- Pour on top of the blue stuff
- Top with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream & a berry
- If you have two food processors, have a friend help & puree both colors at the same time so it doesn’t melt before it’s time to eat.
- Sit back & enjoy!
