Red, White & Blueberry Smoothie

At the Beach? Backyard? Sucking up AC & watching replays of last night’s game?

Here’s an easy, satisfying, healthy Red, White & Blue Treat:

  • Puree frozen or fresh blackberries & blueberries
  • Add blackberry ice cream or blueberry (frozen) yogurt
  • Pour that in the bottom third of a fun glass
  • Puree frozen or fresh raspberries & strawberries
  • Add strawberry ice cream or greek (frozen) yogurt
  • Pour on top of the blue stuff
  • Top with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream & a berry
  • If you have two food processors, have a friend help & puree both colors at the same time so it doesn’t melt before it’s time to eat.
  • Sit back & enjoy!
